This session has been designed for employees who are leading teams in any capacity. From Captains to Managers, this session will explore what it means to be a mindful leader. Trish Tutton will facilitate an experiential presentation that offers strategies for managing stress when both ourselves, and teams are feeling overwhelmed. The goal of the session is to increase productivity, motivation, and the ability to enjoy life and work by proactively mitigating stress and burnout. Participants will walk away from this session with tools to address accumulated stress and support mental wellbeing and resilience within their teams.
